CEO, Mark Bruzzone will participate in the annual Vinnies CEO sleepout, raising funds to support Australians at risk of or experiencing homelessness. The money raised will help provide crisis accommodation, food, healthcare, counselling, education, employment and support to find a permanent home for thousands of people across the country.
Vinnies estimates that more than 116,000 people in Australia do not have a safe and secure place to call home. Sadly, this includes an increasing number of young people and older women. Nationally, almost $73m has been raised since the Vinnies CEO sleepout started 17 years ago in Sydney. The goal for the 2022 Vinnies CEO sleepout is to raise $8.7m nationally.
