Regents Park Office opens and acquisition of Ardent Mining.
Brisbane Office Opens. Acquisition of John Young Pty Ltd.
The Abergeldie Canberra Office Opens.
Acquisition of Kembla Watertech and the Abergeldie Melbourne Office Opens.
Abergeldie Complex Infrastructure named as a Top 10 Corporate Social Responsibility company for the first time.
Expansion into Northern Ireland. Acquisition of Abergeldie Harker and ASM (later rebranded Abergeldie Structural Fabrications).
Awarded Melbourne Water Capital Works Program. 100% Acquisition of Abergeldie Harker, rebranded to Abergeldie Complex Infrastructure.
Abergeldie-Ghella Joint Venture Watercare Contract for Central Interceptor in New Zealand.
Ardent Underground Hydrogen Storage established.
Mark Bruzzone appointed as the new CEO of Abergeldie.
Abergeldie acquired DKM Utility Services to offer end-to-end rehabilitation and replacement services.
Early works commence on stage 1 of the Dingley Recycled Water Scheme by the new ABK Joint Venture comprised of Abergeldie, BMD and KBR.

Since the acquisition of Harker Underground, Abergeldie has grown into a multi-faceted delivery partner in New Zealand that combines its 30-year local knowledge with 25 years of diverse industry experience across bridge and road construction, pipe ramming, pipeline rehabilitation, rail and overhead wiring, and wastewater treatment systems: the complex infrastructure needed to build better communities.
