– on Monday 6 April 2015, a school mate of Owen’s from St Dominic’s- Mick Boyle brought his family to Poppy Park. Whilst here he noticed what 20,000 visitors and loads of rain had done to the paths & mentioned they should be raised. That night on his own accord Mick organised 10 workers from his business to turn up and raise all the paths. All donated. No more muddy feet. Thanks for your generosity Mick and Abergeldie.
