On 18 June, for the 9th year in a row, Mick Boyle will be sleeping out on the longest night of the year to raise funds and awareness about homelessness in Australia. This year marks the 10th CEO Sleepout event and Mick has been supporting this event since the 2nd year. During that time overall funds raised have increased from $70,000 to over $5 million Australia wide. Sadly, with affordable housing at an all-time low, combined with government cuts to welfare and support services, donated funds are even more crucial than ever to assist those who find themselves without a safe and secure place to live. Women and children make up the largest percentage of people assisted by these funds.
