Abergeldie Celebrates Award Wins at CCF Victoria People and Training Awards

Our Victorian team had plenty to celebrate at the Civil Contractors Federation Victoria People and Training Awards recently, with two team members recognised for the impact they’re making within the construction industry.

Mariah Bowkett was named winner of the Women in Civil Excellence Award, recognised for her contribution through the Safety Focused Performance Joint Venture. Known for her authentic, solutions‑focused leadership, Mariah consistently challenges the status quo and delivers practical, lasting results that benefit clients, communities and the wider business.

We were also proud to see Con Mavrelis awarded the Safety Excellence (Individual) Award, acknowledging his work through the Safety Focused Performance Joint Venture. Con is widely respected for his practical, people‑first approach and his ability to embed safety into planning, delivery and everyday decision‑making, setting a strong example across projects.
