Abergeldie launched its inaugural Graduate Program this week, providing a unique opportunity for graduates to develop technical skills, industry expertise, and hands-on experience needed to build a successful career in infrastructure construction.
The two-year program provides graduates with exposure to real world projects, structured mentorship, and tailored career development. The graduates spent their first day at Head Office, where they met senior leaders, explored career pathways, and connected with the broader team over a barbeque. On the second day, they visited the project site for the new pump station at Parsley Bay, gaining a firsthand look at project delivery and on-site operations.
CEO, Mark Bruzzone said, “We’re so pleased to launch our inaugural Graduate Program, offering graduates a unique opportunity to build skills and expertise across a range of projects and disciplines. This program will be a vital part of our commitment to developing the next generation of leaders and positioning us for long-term success as we deliver the complex infrastructure needed to help build better communities.”
